I have a confession. I started using my own cleaning service.
For anyone who knows me, they know I love to clean. There is nothing more relaxing than putting on some music, pouring myself a glass of wine and focusing on the task in front of me.
The idea of using my own cleaning service seemed a little ironic. I started my company cleaning other homes, so why would I hire my own company to clean my home? The answer is simple: for many people who use a cleaning service, there is value in it.
Using a cleaning service is not for everyone. I certainly felt that way for a long time. I started using my own cleaning service when I started having issues with my back. I was able to keep up with most day-to-day tasks, but found myself having trouble keeping up with the tougher cleaning jobs. A clean home is important to me so I decided to schedule a house cleaning for myself. With help from my Miss’es Clean team, I was able maintain a clean home. All I had to focus on was the regular, day-to-day maintenance, while the cleaner tackled the bigger tasks.
As I thought more and more about my decision to use a cleaning service, it made me think about why others may do the same:
The decision to hire my own company to clean my own home was one of the best things I did for myself in a long time. I wanted to share this to anyone who might be reluctant to use a cleaning service. If it can offer you peace of mind and less anxiety, then using a house cleaning service may be worth your time and money. It certainly was for me!
