We messed up…let’s have a fresh start! Customer service is important to us and we want our clients to be happy with the service that is provided to them. On top of our quality control procedure, Fresh Starts were implemented to allow our team to give our clients a little something extra. Additionally, it empowers the team to make their own judgment calls and decisions for certain matters.
Dazzle Dollars
Dazzle Dollars are important in building Miss’es Clean’s culture. We encourage our team to give ideas and feedback on how we can improve as a company. In return, Dazzle Dollars are awarded and redeemable for product and cleaning services!
Workshops and Seminars
Miss’es Clean strives to be the highest paying cleaning company in Niagara and to encourage individual cleaners to create their own wealth by starting a business and becoming their own boss.We are able to provide skill development workshops and seminars for our team members. These workshops are based on various topics and are meant for personal growth and development of the individual. It is also a great time to eat, drink, socialize and win great prizes!
Compliment Board
Recognition is important to Miss’es Clean as it builds team morale. It is important to address concerns for quality control but it is just as important to highlight the compliments that come in. Miss’es Clean’s compliment board is posted in our office, so when a compliment comes in it is available for everyone to see!
Going Green
Miss’es Clean made a conscious decision to go green because it is safe for our cleaners. The health and wellness of our team is important and this allows Miss’es Clean to provide a safer and healthier alternative. All products are 100% organic and are safe for our cleaners, our clients, their family and the environment.
Shining Stars
Each month we put the spotlight on a couple cleaners with Miss’es Clean. This is important as it gives our clients the chance to get to know them a little more, and we have fun interviewing them at the same time!
Community Support
We have partnered with Cleaning for a Reason to offer complimentary cleaning services to women undergoing cancer treatment.
We offer Big Brothers Big Sisters complimentary cleaning services and have participated in Jail and Bail to raise money for the organization.
